To continue our February of Faith series, Joe White shares wisdom he gained from a difficult time in his life. He uses a powerful visual to illustrate the freedom that comes with giving our worries to Jesus.
Congratulations are in order for our very own Dr. Joe White! Earlier this month, he was selected to receive the Missourian Award—a prestigious recognition acknowledging the most accomplished citizens in the state of Missouri.
Joe’s local, regional and national impact extends far beyond the gates of Kamp. (And even the state lines of Missouri!) As the founder of Kids Across America, the co-founder of Cross International and the president of our family of Kanakuk Kamps, Dr. Joe White has dedicated his life to serving and equipping next generation leaders across the nation. Under Joe’s leadership, we’ve been able to serve more than 24,000 Kampers every summer. Talk about massive impact!
While he’s not spending time at Kamp, Joe travels as a national speaker for women’s and men’s conferences, professional sports teams and more. Did you know that he has also authored more than 20 books about leadership, faith training and navigating the struggles of everyday life?
We’re so excited to celebrate with Joe as he humbly accepts this prestigious honor!
